Where are you located?
We are based in Cutnall Green, next door to the Memorial Hall. We are 10 minutes from Droitwich and 15 minutes from Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, and Stourport.

Will there be other dogs in the field?
No, field hire is exclusive, and booking is essential. To the left of our field is an access track, which is fenced and not accessible from the field. A local family with a right of way may occasionally use this track to walk their dog, but otherwise, you should not encounter others.

Is the field completely secure?
Our field is enclosed with 6ft fencing and narrow rabbit mesh at the bottom to prevent animals or dogs from digging under. We also have 6ft gates and a secure car park. We have taken every possible step to ensure the field is as secure as possible. However, we recommend doing a perimeter check before letting your dog off-lead to ensure no damage has occurred to the fencing, as this could happen at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure the field is suitable for your dog and their needs.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointments via Acuity Scheduling up to 24 hours before your slot. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please get in touch—we may be able to fill your unwanted slot and move your booking.

Where do I park?
Please park in our car park, but do not enter until the previous user has left. Do not block the road under any circumstances. If you arrive early, please wait elsewhere and make your way to the field at your allotted time.

Do you have livestock nearby?
There is no livestock visible from the field.

Can I bring my reactive dog?
Yes! We welcome dogs of all temperaments. Please enjoy the field free of worry and judgment.

Can I bring my XL bully?
Yes! We welcome all breeds, including banned breeds. However, due to stricter rules with our insurance, we require additional information. Please see our booking options and provide the necessary details when booking.

How do I book?
All bookings can be made via our website. Online bookings can be rescheduled through the booking system up to 24 hours before your slot.

How do I access the field?
Once you’ve made a booking, a padlock code will be emailed to you along with detailed instructions and pictures explaining how to enter the field. If you entered a phone number, you’ll also receive the code via SMS. The code is the same for both navy padlocks. Please do not attempt to use the gold padlocks. We regularly change these codes, so keep an eye on your emails for updates if you visit us again.

Why are slots 25 and 55 minutes?
We use 25- and 55-minute slots to allow a 5-minute crossover between field users. This ensures you shouldn’t encounter anyone else while using the field. Please ensure you vacate the field and leave promptly at the end of your slot to allow the next user to arrive on time.

Do you have running water?
Currently, we don’t have access to running water. During warmer weather, we strongly recommend bringing a bowl and water for your dog.

Do you have enrichment equipment?
Yes, we do. Please note that it is not recommended for dogs that are not fully grown (usually 12 months, but up to 18 months for larger breeds). Use is at the owner’s discretion and risk. Please carefully read our terms and conditions before booking.
